Anilingus for Orgasms and Anal Foreplay
Anilingus for Orgasms and Anal Foreplay for Sex
What is anilingus?
Anilingus is using your tongue or possibly your lips to stimulate the anal opening of your partner. Generally speaking it is very difficult to give a woman an orgasm from anilingus (Also known as anal-oral sex/ analingus and rimming) alone. Instead if you want to use anilingus for orgasms it will mostly be as a way of stimulating the anus for later penetration leading to an internal orgasm. Therefore anal-oral sex often functions as a form of anal foreplay before pain-free anal sex or as a way to enjoy anal stimulation as a thrill, stopping short of penetration. Many couples also mix it with outercourse techniques such as intergluteal sex.
Anilingus Techniques
Using anilingus for orgasm preparation is relatively simple compared to foreplay for clitoris orgasms or G-spot orgasms as there is only the anus involved. Anal-oral sex can be mixed with perineum stimulation. Pleasure from both kinds of stimulation will be different, so mixing the two is a great tease. However for the most part using anilingus for orgasms is more about a display of technique to remind her how awesome sex with you will be! Therefore the usual techniques should be used:
- Tease her by mixing stimulation with biting/ licking the buttocks
- Mixing the speed of touch
- Changing how hard and often you touch her.
Is Anilingus Safe?
Using anilingus for orgasms tends to divide people. Some people consider it to be a vital part of foreplay as the anus is full of nerve endings that can be stimulated for pleasure. On the other hand one of the worries that many people have about having anilingus is whether it is safe or not.
The risk in this case comes from the risk of bacteria as well as STDs. While getting orgasms by anilingus does have a lower STD risk than penetrative intercourse it does have its own problems too. By far the highest risk from using anilingus for orgasms is from E. coli bacteria. These bacteria are often found in the anus and are easily spread if the person gives oral sex and anilingus orgasms in the same session.
There are ways to reduce this risk. A dental dam covers the mouth entirely and can be used to prevent the spread of infection. Some couples don’t like dental dams for various reasons, so a more simple technique is to have a shower together and do the anal foreplay in the shower. While this won’t entirely get rid of the risk, it does reduce it.
As with all kinds of sex there is nothing wrong with any kind of intercourse between consenting adults. Most women will enjoy some anal play as long as her physical and emotional needs are taken care of. Therefore if the thought of anilingus is something that turns you on it can open the way to a whole new world of erotic possibility.
