Kegel Exercises and Male Kegel Technique
When I first came across Kegel exercises I was a little skeptical. One of my friends was telling me that doing these exercises would give me stronger orgasms and allow me to have more than one orgasm. I guess that I did not believe that one exercise could do all that, but in this case the hype is partly true they are one technique out of many that allow men to have multiple male orgasms and stronger erections and for women to prolong orgasm.
Do not get me wrong, Kegel exercises are great for these purposes, but they are far from the only techniques out there for achieving these goals. Make this one of the many different techniques you practice and soon both of you will last longer and be experiencing multiple orgasms.
The Male Kegel
The easiest way to perform a male Kegel exercise is to imagine that you are peeing and that you are trying to stop the flow of urine. A pleasant image I’m sure! When you try and stop the flow, you should feel a muscle contract that closes off the opening at the tip of your penis. That muscle is called the pubococcygeus muscle (Also erroneously called the ‘Kegel muscle’) and it is the muscle that you want to use Kegel exercises to strengthen.
At first just get used to trying to close the hole at the tip of your penis, as you get used to that do the same exercise, but focus on really tensing at the point of closure. Hold this tension for as long as you can and release. At first you will probably not be able to hold it for very long, with practice you will be able to hold it much longer. This is what you will do when you are about to orgasm during sex, really squeeze to prevent ejaculation.
The Female Kegel
Women have the added advantage that Kegel exercises have a host of additional health benefits as well as sexual ones. The exercise should be performed in a similar way to male Kegel exercises, with the emphasis on squeezing the muscles together for as long as possible.
When you approach orgasm, you can squeeze the muscles as tightly as possible and it will extend your orgasm. It is this way that you can achieve the continuous orgasm. By doing the opposite and pushing it, it can help you to have a squirting orgasm. In addition you can relax or squeeze on the penis to give you control over your orgasm during penetration.
There are also a number of devices designed to help you to strengthen your Kegel technique as it is just so beneficial for women. The most common is the vaginal barbell that is a steel device that is squeezed the help strengthen the muscles. These devices can look something like dildos, so it is hardly surprising that they are often used for that purpose!
