Good Sex Secret
Good Sex Secret and the Science of Orgasm
Recently I have been increasing the amount of books that I read. People often ask me what one of the best sex secrets that I have learned is. Usually when I reply, my answer surprise them. The best sex secrets start with having the basics fully mastered, then you can work on mastering the advanced techniques. Therefore I give them a simple good sex secret that makes a difference.
This techniques owes a lot to Barry Komisaruk and his book The Science of Orgasm. One of the many fascinating facts that he wrote are that there are eight muscular contractions during male orgasm and that the role of these contractions is to force the semen out. The really interesting part is that the strength of these contractions is related to how much semen you have stored up. As you probably know the strength of muscular contraction is one of the factors that makes good sex into awesome sex, so storing up some semen is a simple way of having good sex.
Probably by now you have spotted a flaw in this: what does storing up semen actually involve? How can I know that I am storing up enough semen to have a better orgasm?
Foods for Increasing Semen Production for Bigger Orgasms
The first thing is to improve your diet. Don’t worry, I’m not about to suggest that you skip that cookie just in case it adds half a pound to your waistline, instead I’m simply going to recommend some foods that have been scientifically linked with increased semen production:
Eating foods rich in folate (Also known as folic acid and vitamin B9). This vitamin has been scientifically linked to semen production for years. You can take advantage of this by eating foods that are rich in this vitamin, think spinach, lentils, beans, sunflower seeds, ‘fortified’ breads and asparagus.
A diet rich in lycopene is also very important for sperm production. The major source is tomatoes (Which oddly enough includes tomato ketchup) and other red fruits and vegetables (Such as papayas and watermelons, however NOT strawberries and cherries).
Vitamin C is the other useful vitamin. This mostly comes from the citrus fruits.
Spacing Orgasms
The next technique is to give your body time to recover the amount of semen it has ejaculated after each orgasm. This means cutting out the masturbation! The optimum time between orgasms seems to be three days. Beyond that then the fluid is simply retained, less than that and there isn’t quite enough semen to give you optimum release.
Some people, especially those who need to work on increasing their trigger control, may find this technique not so useful as the build up can make it a lot easier to orgasm. Instead they will find learning how to have a male multiple orgasm using Kegel exercises or using the simultaneous orgasm techniques to be more useful, as having more than one orgasm will cause a build up of semen in a similar way. Others may find that getting their diet right and reducing their masturbation gives them the best results. Like most things in sex, it is all a balancing act between what techniques work best for you. Guess what? That is also my good sex secret!
