Outercourse
Outercourse- A Guide to the Outercourse Orgasm
Outercourse is also sometimes known as Non-Penetrative Sex (NPS). It involves almost any sex act that stimulates genitals and does not involve penetration. Because of this diversity some forms carry a very low risk of pregnancy (When you dry hump your girlfriend); to a significant risk (Rubbing genitals together for example). It can be used as anything from foreplay, a large part of the sex act, all the way up to the highlight.
Having Outercourse: Tips for the Outercourse Orgasm
Basically anything that stimulates the genitals in the presence of a partner, outside of penetrative intercourse, is ‘outercourse.’ However there are a couple of common kinds:
- Dry hump grind: This involves one person lying on top of the other and grinding their genitals together through clothing.
- The hand: This often forms part of mutual masturbation, but basically involves the woman’s hand being used to stimulate the penis (Handjob) or the man using his fingers on the woman’s clitoris or G-spot (Fingering). While some people consider it foreplay, it can be used to have a female ejaculation orgasm, so its power should not be underestimated!
- Breast play: There are a number of ways that a man can have an outercourse orgasm (Or give one) using a woman’s breasts. Probably the easiest is to push the breasts together and use lube or lotion to slide his penis between them. This can be made good for the woman too by playing with her nipples, as some women can even have an outercourse orgasm through nipple play alone!
- The legs: There are plenty of areas on a woman’s leg that can be used to act as a ‘vagina.’ The most common is pushing her thighs together (Interfemoral intercourse) and using them. If you do this be careful to use lots of lotion and equally not to ejaculate onto the vagina if you are practicing safe sex. Other parts that are commonly used include the feet (Put her feet together and insert your penis in the gap between them) and the calves (Often with her in doggy style).
- The buttocks: This is sometimes called intergluteal sex. It is different from anal sex as the man pushes the buttocks together and angles his penis up so that it is not inserted into the anus. This can be a good way to prepare a woman for anal sex and can be an exciting alternative thrill.
- The labia: For people who want to experience the thrill of touching genitals without penetration or who want a long kind of foreplay, this can be an effective way. Here you angle the penis so that the shaft rests along the length of the labia. The head should be pointing up or down. The labia should provide enough contact to have an outercourse orgasm.
- Oral sex. Some people consider this to be outercourse.
