Here is a picture of a perineum. The area indicated by the red square is the area which you will want to stimulate to get the best orgasmic response from your woman. As you can see it lies just below the vaginal opening and just above the anus. Because of this the slang word for a perineum is a ‘taint’ as in ‘it ain’t (‘taint) your anus; it ain’t your vagina.’
The perineum can be easily stimulated with lubricated hands in a similar way to the clitoris. The only difference is that it is harder to bring a woman to orgasm using only perineum stimulation. Therefore it is recommended to use it as a tease and foreplay technique. Its location between the vagina and the anus makes it great for teasing her so she does not know what is coming next and for transitioning from vaginal to anal play or vice-versa.
