Even amongst orgasms, the intercourse orgasm holds a mythic place. Don’t believe me? Have a look at any Hollywood movie, magazine or book in the last fifty years. They all show the image of a woman having an intercourse orgasm. Whilst this is partly due to Hollywood being a little worried about showing oral sex, many couples want to have an intercourse orgasm as they consider it more intimate than oral sex or mutual masturbation orgasms.

In the grand scheme of things intercourse orgasms are one of the hardest female orgasms to reliably give. The Physical Orgasm Technique
Perhaps inspired by Hollywood movies (Or a copy of the Kamasutra!) guys often change positions many times during sex. While this can be good fun for both partners, it also reduces the chances that she will orgasm. All positions are most definitely not created equal when it comes to orgasm. Most sex positions target a particular female erogenous zone. Whilst the missionary position mostly targets the clitoris, a rear-entry position like doggy-style will give her G-spot orgasms. While both the G-spot and the clitoris are the same thing the different ways of stimulating it give her very different feelings and orgasms.
The most common way to have sex: foreplay, penetration, many different positions, orgasm is actually not the best way to make a woman have an orgasm. A far better way would look like: foreplay on the clitoris, sex targetting the clitoris, foreplay targeting the G-spot, sex targeting the G-spot and so on. This concentration on the same erogenous zone for a period of time makes it far more likely that she will orgasm. On top of that there are multiple positions that target these areas, so you can still have fun with multiple positions. You could have her on top or on the bottom, on all fours.
